About the demos
Is anything I type saved?
No. Demo forms run in test mode: FillKite checks your answers like a real form, but nothing is saved and no email is sent.
What is conditional logic?
It shows or hides a field depending on earlier answers. For example, a question about allergies can appear only if you say you have some. Many of these demos use it, and each form page explains its rules.
What does the PRO tag mean?
Those forms use FillKite Pro, the paid add-on: multi-step forms, file uploads, live totals, quizzes, polls, signatures and more. You can try them here for free. The Download button works on a site that has FillKite Pro; the other forms work with the free plugin.
Can I try a form without installing anything?
Yes. Press Try it in your browser on any free demo. It opens a temporary WordPress inside your browser, with FillKite and that form already in it. The first load takes about half a minute. Nothing is kept after you close the tab.
Do I need to pay for the forms?
No. Every form that is not tagged PRO works with the free FillKite plugin, and the downloads are free to use and change.
How do I use a form on my site?
Install FillKite, download a form from this page, then go to FillKite → Import → From a FillKite file. After importing, open the form in the builder, adjust it, and add it to a page with its shortcode, block or Elementor widget.
