How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “Vehicle registration” appears only when “Type of permit” is “Parking”.
  • “Expected attendance” appears only when “Type of permit” is “Street event”.
  • “Does the road need to close?” appears only when “Type of permit” is “Street event”.
  • “Which road, and from when to when?” appears only when “Type of permit” is “Street event” and “Does the road need to close?” is “Yes”.
  • “Describe the works” appears only when “Type of permit” is “Building works”.
