How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “Do you hold a full driving licence?” appears only when “How would you like to help?” includes “Driving”.
  • “Which subjects can you teach?” appears only when “How would you like to help?” includes “Tutoring”.
  • “Parent or guardian’s name” appears only when “Are you under 18?” is “Yes”.
  • “Parent or guardian’s phone” appears only when “Are you under 18?” is “Yes”.
