How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “Your amount” appears only when “Amount” is “Other”.
  • “Their name” appears only when “Is this gift in honour or memory of someone?” is “Yes”.
  • “Your home address” appears only when “Are you a taxpayer who wants tax relief?” is “Yes”.

Is the donation pledge form free?
