How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “Hair length” appears only when “Service” is “Cut”.
  • “Have you coloured your hair in the last 6 months?” appears only when “Service” is “Colour”.
  • “Which colour was it?” appears only when “Service” is “Colour” and “Have you coloured your hair in the last 6 months?” is “Yes”.
  • “Wedding date” appears only when “Service” is “Bridal hair”.
