How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “Distance in km” appears only when “Type of expense” is “Travel”.
  • “Number of people” appears only when “Type of expense” is “Meals”.
  • “Client name” appears only when “Type of expense” is “Meals”.
  • “Name of the manager who approved it” appears only when “Amount” is more than “500”.
