How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

“Parent or guardian name” appears only when “Age” is less than “18”.
“Position” appears only when “Sport” is “Football”.
“Position” appears only when “Sport” is “Basketball”.
“Kit size” appears only when “Do you need kit?” is “Yes”.

Is the team sign-up form free?
