How the conditional logic works

- “Which social media?” appears only when “How did you hear about us?” is “Social media”.
- “Who told you? (optional)” appears only when “How did you hear about us?” is “A friend”.
- “Please tell us” appears only when “How did you hear about us?” is “Something else”.
- “What went wrong?” appears only when “How happy are you with us?” is less than “3”.
- “What do you like most?” appears only when “How happy are you with us?” is more than “3”.
