Questions about Pro
Do I need the free plugin too?
Yes. FillKite Pro is an add-on that runs on top of free FillKite. Install both, and your forms and entries stay as they are.
Is anything in the free plugin locked?
No. The free plugin has no limits on forms or entries and nothing is locked. Pro only adds features.
When can I buy Pro?
Pro goes on sale when FillKite launches. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you once, on launch day.
How much does Pro cost?
$49 a year for 1 site, $99 for 5 sites and $199 for unlimited sites, or pay once from $179. Renewals cost the same as the first year. See the pricing page.
Do payments cost extra?
FillKite adds no platform fee. You connect your own Stripe, PayPal or other gateway account and pay only that provider’s fees.
What is the price lock guarantee?
You renew at the price you first paid, for as long as your licence stays active. If our prices go up later, yours stays the same.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every Pro plan, lifetime included, has a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.
What happens if my licence ends?
Pro keeps working on your sites, and your forms and entries stay exactly as they are. You stop getting updates and support until you renew.
