If Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Payments are handled by Freemius, our Merchant of Record, which also takes care of sales tax and invoices.

Pricing questions
Is the free version limited in time?
No. The free plugin on WordPress.org has no time limit and no trial period.
What counts as a site?
A site is one live WordPress install on its own domain. Local and staging copies don’t count, and you can move a licence to another site at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the rest of your licence year. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Pro keeps working on your sites and nothing is deleted. You stop getting updates and support, and when you renew later it is at the price of that day.
Does the price go up when I renew?
No. Our price lock guarantee means you renew at the price you paid, for as long as your licence stays active, even if our prices go up later. No introductory discount that doubles at renewal.
Do cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. Personal, Business and Agency all have every Pro feature; they differ only in the number of sites. Agency adds white-label.
Who handles payments?
Freemius processes all payments as our Merchant of Record. Freemius handles sales tax and sends your invoices.
