How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “Is a child involved?” appears only when “Type of matter” is “Family”.
  • “Are there court orders already?” appears only when “Type of matter” is “Family” and “Is a child involved?” is “Yes”.
  • “Is it about” appears only when “Type of matter” is “Property”.
  • “Company name” appears only when “Type of matter” is “Business”.
  • “Are you still employed there?” appears only when “Type of matter” is “Employment”.
  • “Which country are you from?” appears only when “Type of matter” is “Immigration”.
  • “The date” appears only when “Do you have a court or tribunal date?” is “Yes”.
