How the conditional logic works
This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.
- “What is your role today?” appears only when “What do you want help with?” is “My career”.
- “What does your business do?” appears only when “What do you want help with?” is “My business”.
- “Tell us more” appears only when “What do you want help with?” is “Something else”.
- “When would you like to start?” appears only when “Are you ready to start in the next month?” is “No”.
