How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “Student ID” appears only when “Membership” is “Student”.
  • “How many people in your family?” appears only when “Membership” is “Family”.
  • “Size” appears only when “Do you want a locker?” is “Yes”.
