How the conditional logic works
This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.
- A notice appears only when “Will you come?” is “No, sadly not”.
- “How many in your party?” appears only when “Will you come?” is “Yes, with pleasure”.
- “Meal choice” appears only when “Will you come?” is “Yes, with pleasure”.
- “Any dietary needs?” appears only when “Will you come?” is “Yes, with pleasure”.
- “Tell us more” appears only when “Will you come?” is “Yes, with pleasure” and “Any dietary needs?” is “Yes”.
