How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “How many people in your family?” appears only when “Membership” is “Family”.
  • “School or university” appears only when “Membership” is “Student”.
  • “Organisation name” appears only when “Membership” is “Organisation”.
  • “Number of staff” appears only when “Membership” is “Organisation”.
  • “Why do you need one?” appears only when “Would you like a reduced rate?” is “Yes”.

Is the membership sign-up form free?
