Reply timer and reminders

Leads go cold fast, so FillKite shows how long each one has waited.

• Unanswered entries show Waiting and the time, amber after an hour and red after a day. Answered ones show Replied in and how long it took.
• The inbox shows your average first-reply time.
• Reply reminder: in a form’s Settings tab, turn on Remind me when a lead waits and pick 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours or 1 day. You get an email if the lead is still not marked Replied.
