How the conditional logic works
This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.
- “Distance in km” appears only when “Type of expense” is “Travel”.
- “Number of people” appears only when “Type of expense” is “Meals”.
- “Client name” appears only when “Type of expense” is “Meals”.
- “Name of the manager who approved it” appears only when “Amount” is more than “500”.
