How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “Will you serve alcohol?” appears only when “Which room?” is “Main hall”.
  • A notice appears only when “Will you serve alcohol?” is “Yes”.

Is the facility booking form free?
