How the conditional logic works
This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.
- “Is production down?” appears only when “How bad is it?” is “Critical”.
- “Steps to reproduce it” appears only when “Can you reproduce it?” is “Every time”.
- “What were you doing when it happened?” appears only when “Can you reproduce it?” is “Sometimes” or “Can you reproduce it?” is “Only once”.
