How the conditional logic works

This form shows or hides fields as people answer, so everyone sees only what matters to them.

  • “What should we improve?” appears only when “How was the course?” is less than “4”.
  • “What did you like most?” appears only when “How was the course?” is more than “3”.
  • “May we quote you on our website?” appears only when “How was the course?” is more than “4”.
  • “Your name as you want it shown” appears only when “How was the course?” is more than “4” and “May we quote you on our website?” is “Yes”.
