The story
Built from real client sites.
On site after site, the same three problems came back. Form emails landed in spam and nobody noticed for weeks. Leads sat in an inbox for days because nobody knew who was meant to answer. And when a client asked which campaign brought in their best leads, there was no answer.
Each fix meant another plugin: one for SMTP, one for storing entries, one for spam, one for tracking. FillKite puts all of it in one light plugin, and makes the parts that matter free.

Every lead kept
Entries are saved before any email is sent. Failed emails are retried after 5 minutes, 30 minutes and 2 hours, and you are warned if they still fail.
Email deliveryEvery lead answered
A reply timer shows how long each lead has waited, amber after an hour and red after a day, with reminders if nobody replies.
The lead inboxEvery source counted
Each entry records where the visitor came from, including campaign tags, so you can see which channels bring leads that turn into work.

Every request is checked for permission, every value is cleaned on the way in and escaped on the way out, and the plugin passes the official WordPress Plugin Check.

Forms and every admin screen are tested with the axe accessibility engine, with keyboard use and screen readers in mind.
Light on purpose
Scripts and styles load only on pages that have a form, with no jQuery and no React on the front end.
Private by design
Entries stay in your own database, nothing is sent to FillKite, and spam checks run on your own server.

Who makes FillKite?
FillKite is made by Usman Khan, an independent WordPress developer who builds websites and plugins for clients.
Is FillKite free?
Yes. The free plugin has no limits on forms or entries and nothing in it is locked. FillKite Pro is a separate add-on for extras such as file uploads, payments and multi-step forms.
When does FillKite launch?

Where is my form data stored?
In your own WordPress database. Entries are never sent to FillKite, and IP addresses are stored only as a hash.
Does FillKite work with my page builder?
FillKite has a block for the WordPress block editor and a widget for Elementor, and a shortcode that works almost anywhere else.
